Customized Orders
- Customized products are made specifically for each customer.
- Minor differences in colors, placement, or details may occur and are considered part of the handmade/custom process.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos attached.
- Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Product Care
- Please follow the recommended care instructions to maintain product quality and longevity.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.

- All designs, photos, branding, and content belong to the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
