Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required for review.
Customized Items
- Customized or personalized items are made specifically for each customer and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.
Refunds
- Once the issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect sizing or customer-provided details
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
