Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required for review.

Customized Items

  • Customized or personalized items are made specifically for each customer and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.

Refunds

  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect sizing or customer-provided details
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
